    They say Pein is the leader of the aktsuki, but the REAL leader is Tobi(guy wit the orange swirly mask) who is actually Madara Uchiha, one of the fouders of Konoha, founder of the akatsuki, and the guy that trained Itachi to kill his clan. On that note, the only reason Itachi spared Sasuke, was so that one day he could take Sasuke’s eyes.(I know it sounds weird, but work with me) BECAUSE if an Uchiha obtains Mangekyo Sharingan, eventullay, it will leave him blind. Only if he takes ANOTHER Uchiha’s eyes, who also must have obtained the Mangekyo Sharingan, will he be able to keep his power, and never go blind.
