    The fact that sasuke acts surprised at the amazing jutsu’s he could easily diminish with his unrevealed remarkable jutsu’s adds to the strategic way of naruto.
    If he right off the bat just killed Diedara, it would take out the greatest element of naruto. The shocking but genius strategies the characters develop. They work with the jutsu’s, the simple minded ones that the audience already knows they have, to make it seem like they actually have to work for victory.
